This is every slimmers get out of jail free card when wanting filling food with zero come-back. "Apparently" it burns as much to digest as it has in the food
Super Speed Soup
1 can (400g) mixed bean salad.
1 can (400g) baked beans
1 can (400g) green lentils
2 cans (800g) chopped tomatoes
2 large leeks
1 large onion
2 parsnips
3 large carrots
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 chicken stock cubes (or veg stock if vegetarian)
handful of split lentils
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Mixed herbs
Water to cover ingredients
Chop up all veg and put in pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and add enough water so it 'just' covers the ingredients. Bring to boil simmer until soft.
Tastes great chunky or blended. Give it a go
