We've got the molds a few week ago ready to give it a go. I'm wondering how strong to make up the cordial.

I would do the cordial alot stronger as there wasn,t much flavour. In reality, it was just like jelly. I might try them again but doing the cordial stronger, it is something to eat that is sweet I suppose. I do tend to go for Ice lollies at 2.5 syns each, they satisfy me.

Thank you wlt27. I've updated the recipe from 1/3 cordial to "(maybe more depending on taste)". It worked out ok when I tried it, but agree that a little more orangey taste wouldn't go amiss Let me know how you get on if you make them again

How long do you leave them in the freezer for? I tried them and it didn't set properly

When I tried I put them in the fridge overnight.

Did you use the 2 gelatine sachets or the equivalent in sheets?
