Hey. I am too lazy to make food. I am planning to eat only herring, eggs, milk, fruits and vegetables so I don't have to make anything(expect cooking eggs and boiling potatoes). Will this kind of diet give me enough of vitamins and minerals?

I'm not sure if it will cover all your nutrition requirements. It might be best to see a doctor before undertaking a restricted diet.
I agree with that advice from @Bevziibubble. In general I'd say to take some sort of multi-vitamin before starting any restrictive diet to supplement anything you're missing out on. But something as limited as yours would likely require a medical consult.

Been doing a diet plan .. which I'm in Low Carbs. foods .. And so working very well and I see results .. Drinking red tea helps me stop craving ..So lucky my friend suggested to drink this one ..
Curious why too lazy... business or just because I have a selection of ‘stict’ meals and get bored, can’t imagine being so tight on options at all. We are all different though
