Hi all, I’m Asha I’m 32, a mother of two boys (11 & 8) and I’ve just weighed in at 15st 4lbs. I’m 5ft 3 and a push and carry all my weight in my lower abdomen, and I am sick of hating the sight of myself!! I’m considering KetoDiet diet because I find full restriction to carbs has worked best for me previously!
Any tips or support is greatly appreciated!
