Hi everyone, thank you for welcoming me. I have joined a great group which is giving me fab support. First loss of 2.5lbs.....happy with that! Trying for another 2lbs this week. Hope you all have a good week too x

Hi, I only have breaded haddock. If I remove the breadcrumbs after cooking it, will it still be syned?

If oven cooked haddock minus breadcrumbs is 0 syns I would probably just go with no syns after removing!
