Hello Lillypops

28g = 6 syns or go for lighter and it's 4.5 syns

This may have changed or may change based on which cheese specifically.

Sarah is very good with syns, she might come along and let us know they have changed but she always seems to answer

Hi Lillypops

Welcome to Social Slimmers

I think it might depend which cheese. Can you confirm which brand in case I am right... like Daisy mentions Sarah might have an up to date syn value but both Daisy and Sarah are great with the SW syn questions.
