Just another newbie checking in, who is looking to lose a fair bit of weight
I was always heavily into weight training and sport and running in my teens, twenties and thirties, but the last four or five years i have let myself go and after going up one to many trouser sizes have decided to do something about it... ive swapped my bacon sarnies and takeaways for oats, fruit, veg, white lean meat and fingers crossed it will help
Currently im 5 11 and started at 14st 6lbs, im aiming to get back to 12st
