Syn value please

I'm planning on making yellow curry tonight, but I want it more coconutty than the recipe, can you help me with the syns for freshona coconut milk light. And also my son thought he was being kind buying me some weight watchers indulgent hot chocolate it says 40 cals per serving in the front, so I'm hoping it's around 2 syns. Thankyou people's

Coconut milk is 4.5 syns per 100ml
The WW hot chocolate is 2 syns per 11g serving

Thankyou so much Sarahc4536 this site is invaluable to me, are you the only person that ever answers questions lol. I'm so glad the coconut milk isn't too much, I've already put 1/2. a tin in (I'm cooking it in the slow cooker) I'd banked on 10 syns so I wasn't far out.!! At least I know for definate now, for future recipes

I've found a great substitute in the Alpro Coconut milk. A certain allowance comes under your Healthy A choice, or it's 1syn per 100ml. Make it up as you normally would, and then stir through a tbsp or so of a syn-free fat-free yoghurt (like the Total 0% Greek yoghurt) to thicken it up. Really nice!
