Hi I have just purchased a box soup called
Souper. a High protein soup Low fat , flavour Pulled Pork and Jalapenos

I cannot find anything on this item or this brand to say what the slimmers world syn value is (if any). can anybody help?
pack size is 390g,

Thanks for the BAD news,, 16 syns wow and the pack looked so good, ah well back of the cupboard until I really need it.

Always check the ingredients with these kind of things... for this it lists sugar, caramelised sugar, syn flour oil and corn starch
All have syn values, and the sunflower oil alone is 6 syns per tbsp. It's near the top of the ingredients list so there may be at least 1tbsp (possibly)
Also, the tomato paste could have a syn value if it contains oil. Some tomato purée can contain oil and they would be synned.

Thanks for that information, its a shame that it markets itself as a low fat, high fibre, high protein product which on the face of it looks ideal for slimmers world followers.
Ah well we live and learn. Thanks again to all, another alternative to cross off the list..

Now, that is a lot of syns!!!
