Hi Y'all :)

Hi all,

I have around 5 stone to lose and I'm having to teach myself to be patient as I'm one of those people that are good for a day and jump on the scales expecting to see a 2lb loss already. Good news is, I've ditched my home scales to help resist the temptation

Hoping to make a few buddies to share our journeys with and of course have a giggle or two.

First weight in will be this coming Thursday evening - so fingers crossed.

Oh - and really sorry if this is a stupid question, I saw something about a diet journal - how do I go about creating one and linking it? Any help much appreciated.

Good luck everyone! Michelle x

Hi Michelle, welcome to Social Slimmers

I was just about to add a link to the food diary section but I've just noticed you've already done it

Best of luck on your journey! Looking forward to following you

Hi Michelle

Welcome to Social Slimmers.

I was obsessed with the scales, so unhealthy alone. I don't know if it will help you but having lost 4 half stone I found mini goals than the end goal helped me so I would work with 3 ways to see my progression:
Scales
Next stone down
Jean size down (how your clothes also fit between sizes ... tighter, loosening)
