hi guys I'm J
new to the forums
I am an everyday Joe with a regular job (not in the fitness industry),
i work out a few times a week and watch what i eat.
benn on every diet under the sun. along the way i have found somethings that worked for me and some that didn't. more importantly some that were more sustainable than other.
currently i have been carb cycling on and off for a year, and i feel its kept me in the range of my goal physique
