a2 Milk syns

Hi there I'm lactose intolerant so I can't really have semi skimmed (apart from coffee and cereal) but does anyone know the syns of this new a2 milk which takes out the lactose in the milk, but I can't find it on the app? . Anyone know where I can look?

The website would have been the first place I checked to be honest. The only other thing I can suggest is ringing the Syns Helpline (the number should be on the website)
If you've still got access to the app and website you should be able to ring them and ask them if they know the syn value.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Not sure, but it's worth a try! I'm at group in the morning so I'll try to remember to ask my consultant if she thinks they'll be open

I'm not sure. There could be a chance that it could be used as your healthy extra A choice...

Did you get the 1/2 a syn per 100ml?

I think so but I checked it again it seems it's 5 1/2 but on a2's website, it said it's got the same nutrients as normal milk, so it shouldn't be that bad.
