Hi does anyone know the syns for the Alpro Unsweetned Almond Milk?

It's half a syn per 100ml or 6 syns for the entire 1 litre carton.

Alternatively you can use 1 litre as your HEA.

What does the syn value compare for 100ml Almond milk to 100ml skimmed milk? Curious x

Skimmed milk is generally 1.5 syns per 100ml, which isn't as good as the almond milk! 350ml as your A choice

(I had to look this up because I don't have milk at all... cheese all the way for me )
