Newbie to all this

Hi my name is Kelly. I have rejoined slimming world on Thursday due to weight gain after having ligament reconstruction in my knee. I originally started slimming world in August 2014 and had a loss of 1.5 stones. I slipped at work in April last year and have gained a stone back. I'm still in rehabilitation process so exercise is limited. I'm due to return to work in a weeks time and work shifts and would be really grateful of any ideas of meals to take to work. I've been really down about my weight gain and recently went on holiday and the holiday snaps are my reason for getting back on the wagon. Looking forward to meeting new people on my journey 😀👍 although mixed emotions at the minute and constant thinking of food..

Hi Kelly

Sorry you had such problems with your leg, but well done on your losses last time. I am sure you will get back into the flow of it again.

Dinner ideas (I will work on the assumption you don't have access to a microwave)
The mini SW quiches/mini omlettes with salad
Pasta salads
Rice salads
Yoghurts and fruit for snacks or crispbreads some ham and pickles
Boiled egg salad
roasted chicken drumsticks (skin removed) with salad
Low fat cup a soups or miso soup
Cereal and milk using your HEXs

There are quite a few good ideas on the SW website for meals which can be served cold, will pop the link on. http://www.slimmingworldusa.com/reci...h-recipes.aspx

Wish you all the best with your new job and with your losses!

Marie x
