Hi - new to the group.
Thought I'd say hello 😃
I've been doing slimming world since January having had my second baby, I've lost 21lbs and have another 15lbs to go. I've only been following the plan 60% of the time and use a lot of excuses as to why this is. Mainly tiredness. However have a holiday coming up so want to do a big push. I've also just started juice plus capsules (i do represent this comany for good reason!) so hopefully this will help me sleep and be more energised so no more excuses!!!

I have a young baby too and totally get the tiredness. It is hard work!

also i see people advertising juice plus all the time, but its always seemed abit 'omg try our amazing products, theyre so amazing'
if you know what i mean?
im interested to know more about the products though with a more down to earth conversation rather than excitable young people! haha
