Hi everyone
I am struggling with a bit of weight that has crept on over the last couple of years and i have now found myself with 3 stone to lose!
I am starting my Actidiet on Monday and I am looking for some support from anyone who has followed this plan or just general support from people in the same boat as me.
Hopefully the diet will be a success for me and i will be roking my bikini on the beach next year after covering up this year.
Can anyone help with survival tips
Any small things that will take my mind off the fact that i am on a VLCD?
