I have two jars of Horlicks, one is the original and one is the Light. Any idea how many syns in a tsp?

I think the original is made with milk so that would be synned or a hexa, whereas the light is made with water.

I'll have to go and measure a few tsps to see how much 32g is - I know if it's hot chocolate I put about 6 heaped tsps in! I haven't had one in a long time so I'll make one tomorrow night. 6 syns sounds a lot just for a drink. I'll bet it's more like 8 syns for the amount I'd use - that's 3 chocolate marshmallows! Lol! x
