Hi, I am starting on the slimming world plan.....again! I seem to sabotage myself but have decided that with a positive attitude and a change of intention, I CAN DO THIS!!! great to see such a friendly group. I'm going to be making small steps toward losing 3 stone. Look forward to a slimmer future!!
