Just thought I'd introduce myself
I'm Rachel, 23, and I'm currently doing the weight watchers plan. Started it in September last year, and by February this year, i'd nearly got 2 stone off and lost 26 lbs. Then I went away a lot, travelling and had a lot of friends birthdays which meant i slowly put the weight back on, and I put back on 12lbs which I wasn't happy with in the slightest!
But hopefully now I'm trying to get that all back off, hopefully being on here will also give me a few tips and keep me on track with my weight loss
