How to add a signature?!?

Hi,

I am sure it must be staring me in the face but how do I add a signature to the bottom of my posts please?

Go to User CP top left,click it and you will see half way down left hand side edit signature.

Or go to quick links,click and you will see edit signature.

I have tried to do that but have no 'edit signature' option in my User CP. Is that becuase I only have a couple of posts?
