\o hi, I'm a newbie!!

Hi everyone, well what can I say, I'm a serial diet failure but not this time!! My head is in the right place now. I signed up for slimming world yesterday 21/03/15 and I have 2 stone to lose. I want to lose a stone by the 18th April as I have a photoshoot with a friend so I want to feel good. Im a stay at home mum atm and that's part of the problem!! I'm at home with all the food. I will be on here morning noon and night asking for help to stay out of the kitchen. 😃

Hello. Thank you im really going to try this time. I had to make myself some chips earlier (syn free ones) to eat to stop myself reaching for the chocolate! I'm a stress eater and I get very stressed so that is my major downfall!

Hi Rachel84,

Loving your focus. I went back and forth until it hit me exactly the same way and lost over 4 stone, shame I put some back on but I'm back on it now!

Hi wobbles. I have my first weigh in on Saturday so fingers crossed. I fluffed up though today. I was meant to book the cinema for Saturday night so I could have a massive cheat night I bloody booked it for Friday!!! Lol are you doing any particular diet? X
