I've just posted in the "Challenges" forum about the challenge I've set myself.
I've just joined to have like minded people to read about, and hopefully to follow what I'm up to and give me constructive criticism
I'm trying to lose about 15kg in 15 weeks before a big move to a hotter climate (read: places where I can't hide in baggy hoodies) in the summer.
I'm trying to do this by "quitting" sugar (avoiding anything with more than 5g sugar per 100g). Would love any hints and tips!
I'm looking forward to getting started here, talking with you guys, and reading your posts!
