Chinese restaurant

So next weekend I'm away and we're going to a Chinese restaurant on the Saturday what is the best menu choices calories wise (or even syns)?

Usually I'd have fried rice with chilli chicken, chicken fried rice with curry or sweet n sour chicken balls!

I know from SW that beef in black bean sauce or chow mein are two of the lowest synned meals. Avoid fried rice, opt for boiled....

But youve worked hard for next weekend, so if you really want something, have it!!

I agree with Toyah hun that could be your 'treat' day. I'm too picky food wise so when out like that I just get the same, beef curry, egg fried rice, chips and prawn crackers LOL x
