Hi Pink_ranger Are you following any particular plan? I find motivation a bit of a problem too. It's just one of those things that the longer you stick with the easier it gets + Don't kick yourself if you have a treat day
Hello and welcome! I find that I am more motivated when I record my calories in something like myfitnesspal as I can see how many I've eaten and what I've burnt off. It really helps me to stick to it.
