Phew, this is site is big I don't know where to begin so thought i'd start with an introduction...

I joined this site ages ago, but didn't really login and then fell off my slimming bandwagon (again!) and now I'm back on.

I'm 5'2" and was weighing in at 12st 7lb at the start of the year. I joined Scottish Slimmers online and have lost about 7lb, WI day is tomorrow. Hoping to lose a total of 3 stone, preferably as soon as possible! Taking it 7lb at a time but desperate to see the scales start with a "10", the thought of them starting with a 9, well thats like expecting three days of glorious sunshine in Glasgow, starting tomorrow!

Yes, the site is getting pretty big and it's growing every day. I love it. So much accumulated wisdom from a lot of lovely people.
