Hi

5 months already?

Have you done Weight Watchers before? Are you doing it just online?

Slowly building up the WW sub-forum. Been pluggin weight watchers on a few facebook pages so hopefully should have a few new WW members soon

Great to see you back

Thank you

I know! Time flys!

I did WW online after I had L and really liked it, I only do online because 1- I am not into being publically humiliated and told how fat I am ...... I already know! Lol and 2- with 3 children aged 3 and under ...... Meeting are near impossible to attend!

How are you finding it?

I haven't managed to stick at any one diet for any length of time I keep switching between WW and SW (while counting calories when I have no idea how many pro-points or syns the food has)

I'm really bad when it comes to taking the time to look in the book or database

Good for you! Give yourself a goal that you think you can reach and you should be able to get there. There is a lot of support on the Weight Watchers site so you can learn from everyone there. Plus, if you've done it already, then there is a chance that you can succeed.

Also, sometimes getting people to see themselves how others do, can be a good way to force some change.

I understand how you feel. I've often thought the same way about their weekly weigh-in meetings. If you have a bad week it can be really humiliating to stand up in front of everyone as they witness your failure.

Good luck to you!
