Kettlebells

Anyone do kettlebell work outs at home? I do the Amy Bento beginners DVD - I'm only on like 2kg at the moment to ease myself in

Is it worth it? I only get chance like once a week atm so I'm not really seeing the benefits, but I'm going to up the kg and make myself a schedule to stick to. I'm sooo not strict enough on myself right now.

I have a DVD called kettlecise, it's great but tough! They have some fantastic before and after pics, I really enjoyed doing it, just didn't like the recovery as they work every muscle and I would ache for like 3-4days!

I bought a kettlebell in the Jan sales and loved it! I just used YouTube workouts! Need to get back into it - think I might do some later!
