Free diet and fitness books

Probably everyone know this but if you make an account with play.google.com and amazon.co.uk you can do searches for free diet and free fitness or even just free. This will return many many varied books all for absolutely nothing that can be read through any web browser.

On the Play store the Open University offer a book for free called Eating to Win about activity, diet and weight control. That's my next one to read. Am hoping the credibility of the organisation lends some reliability to the science in the book. Seems to be part of a professional course.
Unfortunately, due to work getting some stupid JE system, I am heading for a large pay cut. As a result my fellow techies and myself are trialing and researching gambling systems to fund a small tax free second income. This is distracting me a bit from my weight loss reading But is fun being part of a small scale geek think tank, lol.

The other thing I forgot is if you are using Windows version 7 or higher there is a program called snipping tool. this lets you highlight sections of your screen and save it as a picture file. This is great for printing out charts or extracts or even whole books from both Play and Kindle.
