We have a garden every summer with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green beans and salads. There is nothing as wonderful as picking your own vegetables and eating them fresh off the vine.

I agree, summer dieting is much easier than winter when we want to eat to keep warm and out of boredom. I can't eat when I'm too warm and tend to stick to cooler foods, like salads and cold meats.
