Pasta with peppers?

I recently decided to jazz up my pasta dishes with some extras. I know that sauce has anti-oxidants and a lot of other healthy components. But the pasta itself does little for your health. So, I added a lot of chopped peppers that I cooked on the stove beforehand. I also chopped up some celery and added it to the sauce. It is fantastic!

Sounds good dialectic! We are a hot pepper family and almost always have some form of pepper at dinner every night. They do indeed enhance the dining experience. I've never tried hot peppers in pasta but it sounds interesting so I'll give it a try.

I love peppers in tomato sauce! I like adding them to chillis with beans too! Peppers are one of my all time favourites!

I try to eat peppers each day. The organic ones are so expensive for what you get. They are pretty hollow inside. Do you sneeze a lot when cutting up habaneros? I do.

My husband has high blood pressure, so I tend to make a lot of things from scratch to control the salt content. We love peppers in pasta sauce! I've found that sweet peppers work especially well.

I love pasta salad and bulk it out with raw peppers and cucumber ... also added is lighter cheese (grated) and chopped ham all mixed in with the extra light Hellmans mayo just enough to lightly cover.

Quick easy but don't make it often and more a light lunch or along side a chicken salad etc x
