Brocolli Salad & Sesame Dressing

One for one the go maybe.

Steam brocolli under just tender
Rinse under cold water
Remove excess water

Mix together 1tbsp sesame oil, 1tbsp light olive oil, lightly toasted sesame seeds, 2-3 garlic, 2-3tbspwhite wine vineger and large pinch cayenne pepper.
Mix.
Add chopped cashew nuts.

Am I correct in saying that's only 2 syns for the sesame oil? Because it sounds good. mmmm garlic!

For 1tbsp sesame oil it is 6 syns, wowsers!! In fact I've just learnt it's 6 syns for all oil types olive sunflower vegetable nut etc it's 2 syns per 1tsp so 1tbsp of oil is 6 ... OUCH! I'd not count it

INGREDIENTS
1.5 kg boneless lamb (hind part is better)
300 grams of fat of tail fat
For the marinade:
4 onions
small bunch of coriander
small bundle of parsley
50 ml of brandy
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
For serving:
fresh herbs
2 onions
pita bread

STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Step 1
Slice meat
Prepare the lamb. Wash and dry. Then cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Cut the fat of the fat of the lamb into small cubes. Add to the bowl with the lamb.
Step 2
making marinade
Prepare marinade for the kebab. Peel and chop the onion into arbitrary pieces, put in the bowl of a blender, add the herbs, cognac, vinegar and oil, grind until smooth and pour the meat. Add salt and pepper, stir and put the meat to marinate in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
Step 3
charcoal kebab frying
String the lamb on skewers and roast shashlik on coals until ready, about 15-20 minutes - if you pierce the meat, the escaping juice should be transparent. Serve the kebab with greens, onions and pita bread.
