It consists of a variable mixture of spicy dried ingredients, which may include fried lentils,[1] peanuts, chickpea flour noodles, corn, vegetable oil, chickpeas, flaked rice, fried onion and curry leaves.

I have three cans of chickpeas sitting in the cupboard and was wondering what to do with them. This sounds delicious and I think I'll give it a try as soon as I get some broccoli.
What kind of sauce would go good with this? I'm thinking maybe some yogurt and green onion with a little dill.

I tried this recipe out last night and I loved it. I'm not really a fan of chick peas so I was about reserved, but it turned out well. My daughter, on the other hand, has politely asked me never to make them again! She's not a fan of broccoli, but I think masking it this way would change her mind. Oh well, I hated broccoli as a kid too so I'll let her be.

Yay I'm glad you enjoyed it! I thought the same about it masking the broccoli, but my two spotted it a mile off
