I did a throw together the other day and I love it ... I've made a second lot.

Now this is spicy so if you like SPICE try on the chili measurements I've stated for now (I likeeee spice) or if you like a little spicy halve to 1tsp of each.

Throw in the pot:
2 handfuls of cabbage and leeks
1/3 large broccoli cut to pieces (not too small)
1 large carrot sliced very finely
1 onion diced into chunks
Green beans trimmed and cut into 3
1 yellow pepper diced (not small)
2 beef stock pots
1 oxo cube crumbled in
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 big squeeze of tomato puree
1000ml of hot water (some used for the stock)
2 tsp hot chili spice
2 tsp chill flakes

So I did this in the Instant Pot - New toy ... I love it. Literally on, set manually 2 minutes and it's done by the time it's heated up and pressure cooked for those 2 minutes BUT you could easily do this on a large pan on the stove depending on your pot size would depend if you halve the rough quantity of each veg to half I've stated.

You can have on it's own or add in left over chicken or I always cook chicken to keep too so did the at first followed by this.

It's really filling!

The new toy looks interesting!
I've never used a pressure cooker before, are they good? How varied can you be with foods?

The recipe looks tasty by the way!

I love it so far if anything I love the chicken... I'm actually getting rid of my George Foreman now. No extra oil etc and really tender.

Other than the chicken and this I have no more feedback as I've only just started using it but as I eat a lot of chicken I'm happy with just that
