Healthy Nuts!

I started reading a book called The Flat Belly Diet. The premise of the diet is eating healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, which includes nuts. I buy all kinds of nuts and seeds in bulk, and then I measure out 1/3 a cup (approximately 100 calories worth) and put them in snack bags. I keep them on a bowl on the counter for when I am feeling in the mood to snack. That way I know I am getting a perfect portion on the go.

That's a really good idea! I love snacking on nuts and seeds! They're fab sprinkled over salads too! I've had to cut back though cos I started going really lightheaded after eating them and I was worried about maybe having developed an allergy!

I love nuts, but I don't know why (probably because of the oils in them) I always thought they were bad for you (although I did use to eat a whole big packet in one go ).

The only nuts I like are salted nuts or chilli flavoured, don't think they are particularly good for me

I love the nut snacks that come with Graze boxes!

My fav are honey cashews and salt and vinger peanuts... Not very healthy!

I like the sahara ones you get in the pub that are warm and have the crunchy coating on! And the chilli nobbys nuts!
