My daughter has a tree nut allergy to walnuts and pecans, but thankfully she tested clean for all the other nuts, so I omit the ones she is allergic to. I LOVE sunflower seeds, cashews and macadamia nuts. This diet I am on also requires that you have dark chocolate, so I add dark chocolate chips to the nut mix. It's a rough diet I am on that requires you to eat dark chocolate, but the inches I've lost in only 3 weeks really tells me it works!

I agree that nuts can be a healthy snack. As always, it's about controlling the portion size and I love the way winterfell puts them into snack sized bags. I do this with all my snacks and it works if you only have one bag.
