Rhubarb crumble

Another blog I absolutely love is Nadia's Healthy Kitchen. I use stevia for sweetness though, just because it's more available in Tesco!
I left out the base of this and halved the crumble amounts, using it just on top of the fruit (I used blueberries and strawberries this time but have rhubarb in the freezer). And I used wholemeal flour, not spelt.

They look amazing but admit I would swap the jam for actual strawberries ... do you think that would work?

These recipes look amazing. I have so many on my to do list already

Hi Wobbles, I don't see why strawberries wouldn't work. Nadia has another similar recipe using raspberries and ground almonds in the crumble, which is lush!
I made her date muffins yesterday which are fat, sugar and gluten free, but they stuck to the paper cases!
