200g frozen berries
1 large banana
3 heaped tbsp porridge oats
300ml almond milk (add more if desired)
4 tbsp 0% total or skyr
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp AB
- Put all ingredients into your blender until thick but smooth. At this point add more almond milk if desired/needed.
Topping of choice. I added:
Coconut
Chopped almond
Defrosted berries
Pumpkin seeds
