Clean goodies

20 chopped medjool dates - seeds removed
1/2 tsp almond flavouring
1 tsp vanilla flavouring
1/2 tsp almond flavouring
2 tbsp coconut butter
4 tbsp almond butter
4 tbsp coconut flakes
4 tbsp dark cocoa chocolate
2 pinches of salt
Finely chopped almonds and extra shredded coconut flakes for rolling

Using a food processor:

• Add the dates and flavourings - mix
• Add the Almond and coconut butter - mix
• Add the Coconut flakes, chocolate cocoa - mix
• Roll into balls - This made 20 for me
• Roll into the chopped almonds and coconut flakes - you will need to press down on them slightly to 'stick'
• Fridge

Great presents for friends and family who eat clean/paleo if you can give them away that is! I made these among a couple of others for the guys I train with for Christmas. I called the mix 'Santa Balls'
