I need some lunch ideas. I want a light lunch but I want it to be loaded with protein. I was told that protein is what gives you energy. I'm not really on any restrictions (besides fat calories). What would be some good lunches for me?
You could make a tub up with cooked chicken and boiled eggs mixed with lettuce, spring onions and tomatoes and a little dollop of extra light mayo. So gorgeous and so filling and it'll guarantee to take you to dinner! X
