2-3 servings
In my bullet (blender) I blitz together:
1/2 cup almond butter
1tsp sesame oil
1tbsp water
1tbsp lime juice
1tbsp honey
1tbsp tamari
In a bowl I added:
3 spiralized courgettes
1/4 cup crushed/chopped almonds, peanuts or cashews
1 cup scallions
2tsp sesame seeds
Add the almond sauce to the bowl
Stir/combine
Top with some crushed/chopped almonds, peanuts or cashews
Serve
