So today I tried avocado that wasn't in the form of a dip (which I've not had guacamole dip for years anyway) for the first time and I loved it!
Avocado is high in calories but is classed a good healthy fat!
I served mashed avocado and poached egg on a slice of lightly buttered wholemeal toast, sprinkled with black pepper and a small side of fresh plum tomatoes.
I would have it again, of course the healthier side of me would served with some spinach (or alike) and more tomatoes. #mmmm
