INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breast fillets
200 g strawberries
150 g of young spinach
100 g feta cheese
5 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1 clove of garlic
freshly ground black pepper
salt
STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Step 1
Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels, salt and sprinkle with pepper. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes. Slice the fillet into slices.
Step 2.
Cut the strawberries into halves, crumble the feta. Place spinach, strawberries and feta in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp of olive oil with the honey, balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic, salt, season with pepper and whisk with a fork until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad, stir, add the fillet slices and serve immediately.
