Avocado on toast

1 Avocado
2 slices of wholegrain or sourdough bread
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

toast bread
Slice up avocado and place on bread
Drizzle olive oil on avocado
Sprinkle salt and pepper

That looks delicious! I love avocado on toast. I think it would go well with any of those options, especially the mushrooms

I haven't either apart from in dip which when I tried to make it it was rotten I remember a friends being lovely though! This looks good, if someone put it in front of me I would try it!

Chilli mushrooms is nice on toast ... : )

Adore avocado! My fav recipe is:
1 slice wholegrain bread
Few slices of avocado
salt
sprinkle with fresh lemon juice!
It is incredibly tasty and fresh!

looks good but when I am really lazy i just make a toast sandwich. Warm seasoned buttery toast between two slices of fresh bread mmmm.

Some nice vine tomatoes and scrambled egg on the side.

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breast fillets
200 g strawberries
150 g of young spinach
100 g feta cheese
5 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1 clove of garlic
freshly ground black pepper
salt

STEP BY STEP RECIPE
Step 1
Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels, salt and sprinkle with pepper. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes. Slice the fillet into slices.
Step 2.
Cut the strawberries into halves, crumble the feta. Place spinach, strawberries and feta in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp of olive oil with the honey, balsamic vinegar and crushed garlic, salt, season with pepper and whisk with a fork until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad, stir, add the fillet slices and serve immediately.
