What's the best snack you have found for curbing hunger? I've tried carrots, celery and fruit but nothing seems to work. I would love to have peanut butter and crackers but there's just too much fat in peanut butter. Any suggestions?
I love a cup of soup as an appetizer. This always takes the edge off my hunger, plus it's added nutrition. The brain takes 20 minutes to figure out the stomach is full. Having an appetizer helps so that your brain registers you've had enough food faster once you get to the main course.
