Eating queries

Hi guys, will having an occasional sandwich for lunch hinder my weight loss? I have been doing atleast 2 hours of exercise most days. Also would it be advisable to have smaller portions for dinner, like having a child size plate rather than a normal portion?
Thanks

Hi,

Really sorry I missed this. We went quiet for a while due to a move.

A lunch wouldn't have done any harm but I would personally avoid having it every day. Smaller portions are a great idea, one of the battles is dishing ourselves up smaller plate sizes.

What exercise are you doing? 2 hours is a long time
