I have never seen this before and I eat zucchini so I figured that I would share this with everybody. I think I should definitely try this method and see what happens.

Do you already do this to your zucchini?

I do that with cucumbers because the seeds don't agree with me and make me burp.

I've never done that with zucchini or eggplant but it makes perfect sense. Do you ever peel your zucchini? Depending on what I am using it for, I will peel it sometimes.

I don't do this. I literally wash the zucchini and then cook it. I like the seeds. If the zucchini is really big and very seedy, I do scrape out some of them. I never take the skin off when I'm cooking it to eat. If I am going to use it to bake, then I take the skin off.
