Scrambled eggs with salmon (not you lol), ham, bacon
Boiled eggs
Pancakes (only need a touch of flour, or use porridge oats)
Yoghurt and fruit

I would say eggs cooked however, lean bacon. Cottage cheese if your like me
Or fruit. But not bananas.
And i think yogurts are higher in carbs than u think. About 12-15g in a muller.

Egg white omelette with sliced tomatoes in it? I tried it last week for one of my fast days and it's so quick and easy to make and flippin tasty too only 63kcals per omelette!
you just need 3 large egg whites, a sliced up tomato, a tbsp of skimmed milk and a bit of fry lite! Lively jubbly.

a smoothie when its a nice hot morning can be quite filling and you can add protein if you are close to the time you go to do a workout
you can also make mini quiche ( without the crust using mini pans muffins ...) so they can be use for breakfast even just for snacks.
