Make your own flavor Salt!

I will put this in the main meal as you can use it on anything...Salad , chickens etc...

Make you own flavor salt !

use any types of fresh herbs you like ( you have to dried them or in the oven until the moisture is gone )
you can add lemon Zest as well ( same here dried the Zests in the over )

you can use Rosemary , thyme even , lavender etc...

Korser salt or Sea salt .

usually re use a glass jar and wait a minimum of 1 week before using it.

That's really cool What do you use it for? Does it just replace normal salt?

yes Mitch you can use it as normal salt its great on chicken , salads , veggies, Salmon filets just add extra flavors

i have a lemon thymes ( great for white meat and fish and salad ) one and a rosemary and thyme great for red meat and also pork chops etc )

I have never done such kind of salt myself! I used to buy it;-) I really like it! and think that spices and herbs are the best friends of any kind of dish) I have like really huge box with different kinds of spices and herbs and put it into every dish)) even fried eggs;-))

That's interesting because I always wondered if it was really that hard to make a flavored salt. You see them in the stores for $4 bucks and you think to yourself, "Couldn't I make this myself?" Well, the answer is "YES."
