Magic Pancakes

35g of porridge oats
1 mullerlight yogurt - any flavour
3 tablespoons of powdered sweetener

Mix and leave overnight, next day add 2 beaten eggs then heat a frying pan with fry light and cook like a normal pancake.

If you're using the oats as your healthy extra B then these are free on Extra Easy... If not then 6 syns for them.

Really lovely with some fresh berries and a bit more yoghurt poured over.

Wait, so porridge actually exists?! Well, look at that, you learn something new every day!

Wow, a little Bing search and look what you can find!
