So, I wanted to make a casserole or side dish that I could keep in the fridge and eat it at will. I found this one and it looks fantastic! What do you think?

Well the title sounds fantastic but the link doesn't work. Could you look again and post another link. I am assuming this is a cold casserole. I haven't found many cold casseroles that I like.
